Took two years after closing to finally have all the blue tape items completed and that included a ton of proactive attention from my end. Still have problems with undersized HVAC. Be sure to have a third party inspector come onsite and make a list.
Brianna Gagnon and Rick Key have made my experience so positive. Right from the start, Brianna has been there to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. I love that she is not pushy but just supports you through the entire process with your needs. She’s the best! Rick cares about the homeowners and makes sure that their needs are addressed quickly. I am very surprised that this has been a great experience because my first new build was a disaster. Thank you guys for always taking care of me!
Ruining elbert county with their suburban life. Putting that aside, this area was never designed for such population density. Infrastructure upgrades will be a challenge with the current area housing of 2-5 acre lots, making road expansion difficult and any commercial upgrades will be extremely out of place. We recently bought a home here and had an overall great experience! Brianna was very helpful and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend her if your are looking for a house here.
