I've been very impressed by the involvement of the staff and the care they take w/ residents. We're still in the "looking for a place" stage, but Spring Valley's staff has really been going over-and-above the call of duty in answering our questions and helping to get my mother acclimated to their community.
The company owner has heard about how the aid doesn't come on time or regularly as they agreed, and my friend and the family isn't getting the support they need. My friend is having to do extra work trying to convince the company owner and aid to make changes.
