Gated neighborhood with great security, love living here!
Beautiful place to live, quiet and safe place on edge of Columbia. But HOA fee hikes and newly proposed regulations have us questioning if we want to stay.
We have lived in Spring Valley for 25 years. We love having a quiet neighborhood in a good school district. We feel safe with the security guard riding around, and sleep better knowing that the gates are locked at night. Our house was an older house when we bought it, but we loved having a big yard with shady trees for our children to play in. We definitely made a good decision to raise our family here.
