I've been here for less than a month and I've already had a major problem with the air conditioning for more than 15 days.
They only care about their rent they don’t care about the tenants! I’ve been paying for cable which doesn’t work and they won’t fix it and they be saying they have a contract with the cable company so they have to charge us for it. And bare in mind “it doesn’t work” but if you’re 5 days late on your rent they send you eviction notice and by the 7th day they be sending you Summons and charging you a extra $500 for their attorney fee! But yet they still haven’t fix my dish washer or leak that’s coming from upstairs that’s mess... read more
This apartments complex is very nice and quiet. The staff is very friendly and maintenance takes care of any problems quickly. Management plans special events for tenants making it a friendly, neighborly environment. The Lory is also pet friendly and they have a doggy park in addition to a swimming pool and a gym.
Management and maintenance have been great to work with. It is in a great location and it’s quiet.
