Having used another local care service beforehand, I could compare and contrast the differences, and see how superior this company was in many ways, until my father's death 3 weeks ago. Spring valley care services have been doing my care since may 2019. They treat me with dignity and respect. They use a person-centred care approach which enables a person to have more choice in their day-to-day care needs. They have supported me on outreach to Gloucestershire when a relative is seriously ill. They have supported me at a family funeral where it was noted how professional they were as a care company. Excellent care company which uses person-centred care they looked after mother for the past 6-months. Every day she was smiling and and was very happy. She has been enjoyed many trips on outreach with the care company and look forward to to her days out. She has visited Eastcote house gardens Ruislip Lido the local pub and visited her friends and family as well. She is encouraged to as much as she's able to and is listened to by the carers.
