Thieves! DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED HERE.. My father was involved in an accident in late 2021, heavy damage to a brand new truck while traveling through the area, we live in Cleveland. Truck was towed here post accident. Not soon after, my father had a massive stroke and is now disabled. This body shop, having learned my father is disabled, kept the truck for over 2 years claiming supply chain issues and parts shortages. Poor communication with this shop. Very difficult to get a return phone call or text. Truck has been here for over a month and still not repaired. We understand parts being difficult to obtain but lack of communication is very frustrating.
They do a good job and won't rip you off.
Called shop to have rear fender work done. Actually, I went in on 12/21 so they could look at it and decide if they would do the work. They agreed. Said they could get the car done right after the first of the year. It is now Jan 29. I have called weekly to ask about the status of my parts so I could bring the car in. Was told "we'll check on the parts and get back to you in a day or so". Not 1 single call back. If you don't want to work on the car, just say so.
