Great community, caring management
The staff at Spring Valley has been very helpful and understanding. We have the unusual situation of needing care nearby for an out-of-state family member. This involves some hurdles. Spring Valley’s Community Services Director has answered so many questions and patiently helps make this possible. The facility itself, along with caring, positive staff, and the focus on residents all have made Spring Valley a great choice.
The management is very poor. They do not staff enough people to properly take care of people. Doing dishes takes priority over residents care.
I would give more stars if I was able to!! Jami leads a great team that supports their residents with love and compassion!! Can’t think of anything more we could ask for my mother’s first time living alone 🥰
Wish I could give zero stars! Will fire hard working employees who show up to work even on days they don’t feel well, the boss will let you show up work the whole shift and replace you! Afterwards. I don’t recommend this place at all for anyone who is a dedicated caregiver. Management loves drama and gossip they will go around telling everybody about your personal life! Such an unprofessional environment.
