extremely roach, gnat, & spider infested landlord special apartment!!! they cover up underlying issues like mold with paint!! water gets turned off every month. this area is not safe & the leasing team is super unprofessional… don’t sign lease here for your own sanity & safety.
Shannon is the ultimate person for this property. I love her caring nature and attention she gives the property and residents. Great decision made to bring her back. Shannon and Mike are awesome!
Absolutely love living here! Fenced in complex with a card needed for the gate. They have made some amazing upgrades! The little play area would have to be our favorite! Maintenance calls are answered in a timely manner which is great! Management is excellent with caring for their tenants!
I would give less than 1 star if I could. To begin with this location is in a bad part of Little Rock that I certainly don’t frequent now. The experience may not have been as negative if I hadn’t had been robbed of everything but my mattress stand. Apartment maintenance changed my lock and they are the main suspects in my mind since I kept the door locked. I came back to find everything gone except my mattress and stand.
