This is a 2 year old system that was install by your company. The refrigerant has been leaking since the install due to a poor weld/install. I shouldn’t have to pay to have your own work fixed.
They did a complete ac and heating update for us when we remolded our home and did an awesome job!! Richard Elliott and his installers went above the call of duty!! Thanks for a great job!! Sam
Wonderful company and is very military friendly. Mr Mike not only took care of my air conditioner part today but then stopped by later to make sure it was still working especially since I have two little ones! We will only use spring valley air for all our needs and will be recommending them to all our military friends. Thank y’all again and God bless!
Had another guy back out on our furnace replacement after being out of heat for almost a week. These guys came out early and stayed late to get our heat on. Highly recommend!
They installed the ac unit in my new home. We used the ac one summer and the very next summer the coil had a leak and had to be replaced. A few hundred dollars later it cooled the house for that summer and we thought the problem was fixed but low and behold the very next summer the ac unit is unable to cool my house again. Have switched to window units and have a useless central air conditioning unit.
My new house is still within warranty, and I had to call your company for service, (the temperature dropping again tonight to the 27). Jason drove out to my house, and found the issue is "seconds" of being here. He was very knowledgeable and honest. And I wanted to post this experience on your public facing site here. Thank You.
