I have lived here for the last 5 years. The apartments are nice enough, and the rent is reasonable for the area. Even though the claim is that the apartments are non-smoking, apparently many residents do not pay any attention to that. I know I have smelled cigarette smoke and possibly even marijuana smoke coming into my apartment off and on during the years that I've lived here. This property looks better than when o used to drive by I had to stop in meet Nicole she has a great personality and is extremely helpful and knows her stuff
Spring Trace is a very nice place to live, and have the best female maintenance lady I have ever in counted better than most men…sorry fellows..:)
Our maintenance personnel is very dedicated and efficient and always do a great job whenever she comes in and repairs something,
Update: Sadly, this place has changed drastically over the years. The management has changed and they do not function as if this is a senior facility. There are new restrictions on how often someone can visit, which is especially difficult when I have caregivers going to care for my mom throughout the week. They also no longer answer the phones in the office. The buildings are falling apart and we no longer see maintenance men on a regular basis repairing the grounds.
