Nicole Morris very arrogant and unprofessional these people need to be fired. To mistreat and disrespect senior citizens is terrible. God will see your dirty filthy deeds and come back to haunt you . What kind of person messes over seniors has to be a low down person. Don't move to this place bad management.
This place is a crap place to live. My grandma live in this apartment complex. She is 93 years old and lost her house in Harvey and had to move into this place. In the past couple of months the apartment management has start this policy with part and out of date tag and car issue. So my grandmother's tags have gone out by a few days and her car was towed away now she has to pay 400 to get it back amd drive it somewhere else so it doesn't get towed away again until she can get the inspection up to date. This was a very disappointing situation. Dealing with Nicole was a literal nightmare. She was very dishonest and did not follow through on her word. She dragged my voucher process out until the very end leaving me with only 6 weeks to find a place to live. I can not for the life of me understand how all the bad, horrible apartment managers end up working in tax credit or HUD housing. I have lived here for the last 5 years. The apartments are nice enough, and the rent is reasonable for the area. Even though the claim is that the apartments are non-smoking, apparently many residents do not pay any attention to that. I know I have smelled cigarette smoke and possibly even marijuana smoke coming into my apartment off and on during the years that I've lived here.
