Spring Trace is a very nice place to live, and have the best female maintenance lady I have ever in counted better than most men…sorry fellows..:)
Our maintenance personnel is very dedicated and efficient and always do a great job whenever she comes in and repairs something,
Update: Sadly, this place has changed drastically over the years. The management has changed and they do not function as if this is a senior facility. There are new restrictions on how often someone can visit, which is especially difficult when I have caregivers going to care for my mom throughout the week. They also no longer answer the phones in the office. The buildings are falling apart and we no longer see maintenance men on a regular basis repairing the grounds. I couldn't get in because of an eviction that wasn't my fault it was due to a grandchild
