"Absolutely appalling service from Spring Terrace Health Center. I chased up my first-ever statins prescription three times, which was prescribed by Professor David Ripley, head of cardiology. Despite my repeated efforts, the surgery insisted I must book an appointment with a doctor before they could issue the prescription. I was at the surgery just last week, but they still required me to make an appointment, which can't be scheduled for another week.
