Not At all helpful, I have been recovering from major surgery, bought a product that makes me totally sick! They refused return even with proof of purchase. Was not at all helpful! They don't stand behind their products...

I love their product Ener-C its an electrolyte replacement and energy boost with only 25 calories! I also use their dairy free protein powder (PlantFusion) in my daily fruit smooties!
