My daughter‘s first appointment we waited an hour and a half before being called back. Today we went in for an appointment and I asked another woman how long she’s been waiting. She said an hour, so I went outside to find another pediatric dentist. When I went back in the secretary, called me to the front and said I’m sorry it’s gonna be a while. I was disappointed in the “customer service” aspect of our visit. My daughter is 15 months old and this was her first visit. We had the first appointment slot of the day right at 8:30. The receptionist was wonderful and was very welcoming. The dental hygienist called us back while wearing a zipped up hoodie with the hood still pulled up and the string tied tight around her face, which I felt was unprofessional but it was what it was. Great place for dental for children. Dentist is knowledgeable and dental techs are great and front desk very helpful
