Today was my second time visiting Spring Spa. I have no complaints from either massage; just a bit of advice for you if you decide to go here (or anywhere, probably) for a massage. Unless you’re injured or very highly sensitive, when asked if you want medium or hard, say hard every time. I’ve always asked for medium, but felt more tense and tight than usual this evening so decided to go for hard. not impressed hurt some ....won't return
i booked an appointment for this afternoon. I asked just for the reflexology she proceeded to do a half of a back massage. All I wanted was just my feet done. Then she asked me for a tip. It wasn't the best experience in my opinion. I gave her $3.00. I don't think she should have asked me for a tip she didn't do a good of a job. I want be back. Thats probably why the Parking lot is always empty Never again. Highly disappointed
So I normally go once a month and have a great experience with the lady who is there all the time(think she is the owner). Yesterday I called and was told to come in. Upon arriving a lady I never seen us going to tell me I can only get a 30 minute massage when I always get a hour. So I’m like ok. I pay her. We get in there every time the door opens she keeps leaving out so I know for a fact I didn’t get my full service but it’s cool. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Rachel was very polite and attentive. I left much better than I arrived. I’ll definitely be back.
