Very poor customer service. I do not recommend. I was the only customer there and came after I had booked an appointment online for a 70 dollar-60 minute “reflexology” appointment. I paid 75 upfront because she said it was a 5 dollar charge to use a card(which is illegal but I agreed and paid it). The foot rub was nice and relaxing, but not reflexology- It lasted about 50 mins. Very disappointed. Being a massage therapist myself, she clearly has had no training. She had no idea which landmarks to avoid, did not know how to drape properly. Very unprofessional! Took me back to the room, then asked me to pay before, so I did. Afterwards, I left a tip, and she had the nerve to chase me to the door saying it wasn’t enough & how much I needed to leave. Won’t be back; I’m still hurting.
My adult granddaughter was having some issues with her back and wanted a massage. She found this facility late Saturday night and was elated to see that they took walk-ins and were open on Sunday. We arrived approximately 1 1/2 hours after opening. Upon entering no one was at the front desk but a young lady appeared shortly after we walked in. My GD requested a 60 minute massage. Today was my second time visiting Spring Spa. I have no complaints from either massage; just a bit of advice for you if you decide to go here (or anywhere, probably) for a massage. Unless you’re injured or very highly sensitive, when asked if you want medium or hard, say hard every time. I’ve always asked for medium, but felt more tense and tight than usual this evening so decided to go for hard.
