Spring Solar is just as shady as any other door-to-door sales. I met with Mike when he came to my door one night. He sold a good product, or so it seemed. The product is solar panel installation through a joint venture with Rocky Mountain Power. I was told repeatedly that my monthly cost would remain at $103.00 for 25 years if I signed up with them.
