Top notch. She took 15 years off my face and outlook in 2 treatments and I haven't even gotten to the facial part yet! She is highly skilled, explains everything, has a beautiful office, and wonderful staff. She also keeps up to date on all the newest treatments and procedures for skin even from Europe. I ask a LOT of questions. She answered all of them very professionally. 100% confidence in her work. We are lucky to have her.
They charge a high fee for consultation which they say goes towards treatment only to tell you they can’t offer any treatments and they don’t refund for the 5 minute consultation that you pay a ridiculous fee for. The lady told me I’m paying for a professional opinion which she refused to write down for me so that I can show to other practitioners to receive treatment. When you’re in a vulnerable position and looking for help remedying a skin issue, there’s no kindness to be found with this clinic.
Great clinic! So lucky to have this spot on salt spring island. Staff are LOVELY and Dr. Vanvliet is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
Very knowledgeable doctor, very professional clinic with personal, warm and friendly staff. I felt very well taken care of!
