They charge a high fee for consultation which they say goes towards treatment only to tell you they can’t offer any treatments and they don’t refund for the 5 minute consultation that you pay a ridiculous fee for. The lady told me I’m paying for a professional opinion which she refused to write down for me so that I can show to other practitioners to receive treatment. When you’re in a vulnerable position and looking for help remedying a skin issue, there’s no kindness to be found with this clinic.
Great clinic! So lucky to have this spot on salt spring island. Staff are LOVELY and Dr. Vanvliet is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

I’ve had several different treatments here, over several years, and it’s consistently an excellent experience and outcome. I’m so grateful to have such a qualified physician and friendly and efficient technicians to provide this service on our little island. And a shout out to Kathy who manages the front and always makes my day a whole lot brighter.
