Fantastic! They were fantastic. We have a baby and a dog and our carpets originally were atrocious and frankly nasty. After Spring Rug Cleaning's tech came out the carpets were unbelievably clean. I am the poster-child of "difficult customer" and I was absolutely amazed. He was able to get out the worse stains I have ever seen in a carpet. It was great.
