the Spring river is a great little river ,and if you only plan on floating once in a while the prices aren't bad but if you want to be dropped off at the dam and picked up later at one of their pickup points and you are local the cost is over $40 a trip,, I fish a lot and the cost simply turned me into a wader when it comes to fishing
We had a very lovely lady that checked us in. The driver was very kind and gave us tips on the river rapids right left right. There are more rapids now we did the right left right and on the other ones we stayed right. But over all we enjoyed our conoe trip.
Every year my family comes from out of state to float, we decided to give this place a try this year, only to be horribly disappointed in the service and equipment. First, the pricing in the website is wrong and was also informed you have to pay $3 per person on top of kayak or canoe rental to float. Not a huge deal. We made it there and get dropped off to float. My sister and I had a kayak as did her husband and son. We didn't even make it a mile down the river and our kayak sank.
