What a disappointment, I arrived at 12:00 and the sign in the office door said "will be back at 2pm" it's passed 2 pm and know one has arrived. There should be at least 1 person on shift while another takes a break, but a 2 hour break and not answering phone calls? I'm staying away from looking to rent here.
Spring Oak Apartments is a very nice homely place. I really love the landscape as well as the units that I was able to view the leasing agent. Thelma was very professional very helpful very thoughtful. All of my needs were met at the time of viewing and I greatly appreciate her patience. Would highly recommend this property.

Great manager good deals I highly suggest these apartments especially if u don’t wanna live in projects.
