I was so nervous leaving Sadie for the first time but the staff was wonderful and put up with my numerous phone calls, always making me feel better about leaving her. Looks like she had a great time and now knows how to get into the pool lol . Definitely will be back.
The staff is nice, however they always come up with an excuse to charge for additional vaccinations every time I bring in my dog for grooming and boarding, despite me telling them repeatedly my dog already has a vet somewhere else and has already been vaccinated for the year. It just seems like a scam to me.
Today we lost our dog and the staff was so compassionate. He was like a family member to there office and was not a dry eye in exam room. I thank them for the loving care they provided for Jake for the last 9 years. Thank you for loving our boy!

Dr. Paula Alshouse and staff are by far the most compassionate group of people and provide exceptional veterinary services. Over the years, they have taken care of five of my babies. I love this place so much for taking care of my Addie when I’m not there. I dropped her off yesterday for boarding and showed them skin issues. Today I get a call from the awesome Dr Jackson telling me if he was asked to look at Addis’s skin. He is going to treat her and get her better!! I trust Spring Oaks to take care of my Addie. Thank you so much.
Great service and reasonably priced place to take your sick animals. The vets are really nice and do a great job.
