I feel that some people simply get into the wrong business. We all voluntarily choose to bring an animal into our lives and do the right thing. It is not acceptable to be given attitude and the animals sense that. You can have a nice building and serve cookies but none of that matters in relation to how your animal is treated and they do not have to tell us to go somewhere else.
We were on vacation. My dog sitter contacted us with concerns about our senior dog. I immediately called Spring Oaks to make an appointment for the next day (Saturday). I told the receptionist that my dog was very sick. The receptionist proceeded to laugh at me, saying they had not been open on Saturday’s for a year due to COVID. I guess I was supposed to know that they had altered their hours. I’m retired and don't go to the vet on Saturday. I leave that precious day for individuals who work. Top notch care for both veterinary and boarding services. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The best place. I drive over an hour just to bring my dogs here.
There is no better place to take your pet. My interactions with Dr. Alshouse and Dr. Jackson have been informative and caring. The staff has alway been great. I've been going there since 2004 and these are the folks you want for excellent pet care.
