Poor staffing to resident ratio, very limited activities, untrained care givers, meals for memory unit unappetizing w/ small portions, daily hygiene care lacking, staff are overworked and appear unable to care for number of residents assinged to them. Staff morale poor w/ great staff to poor. I find this unacceptable. Those who care for the elderly should enjoy their work or find another job. Cleanliness of facility questionable, as disagreeable odors noticed, rooms untidy, residents wearing same clothes for days.
Your better off going someplace else.
Very snobby and nasty staff there. They are clearly struggling and the way they treat people who try to apply their is probably why they are so short staffed. The residents there deserve a place with KIND and caring people not selfish, snobby, unwelcoming staff!
Well this facility acted as if they would do everything to take care of our loved one until our loved one was actually living there and then they never followed through with all the medical follow up and or never contacted us or returned calls. When our loved one passed away at their facility a mere 4 months after getting there in good health otherwise, they would not answer any questions and or return calls and said the patients files were dead with the patient, can you imagine.
