Poor staffing to resident ratio, very limited activities, untrained care givers, meals for memory unit unappetizing w/ small portions, daily hygiene care lacking, staff are overworked and appear unable to care for number of residents assinged to them. Staff morale poor w/ great staff to poor. I find this unacceptable. Those who care for the elderly should enjoy their work or find another job. Cleanliness of facility questionable, as disagreeable odors noticed, rooms untidy, residents wearing same clothes for days.
Very snobby and nasty staff there. They are clearly struggling and the way they treat people who try to apply their is probably why they are so short staffed. The residents there deserve a place with KIND and caring people not selfish, snobby, unwelcoming staff!
