Spring Oak is a wonderful place to call home.!
Terrible response to warranty issues the cheapest building materials possible / can hear everything through the walls in connected townhomes . Cheap insulation . Constant dirt, bad air quality pothole roads / inconsistencies with phases . Can live somewhere for 4 years and all the sudden they will break ground next door and you and your whole home will be covered in dust and dirt. Living in constant havoc . No garage space for majority of owners which causes and New York City like war on the streets .
I have sold 25 homes in this development and about 3/4 of them were from new. Its a great neighborhood We liked it so much my family moved in.
