I visited spring Oak with a friend of mine whose grandmother moved into the community a few months ago. My friend was so excited to share with me her grandmother's satisfaction moving into this community, she's already made a few friends ,enjoys the activities and the friendly staff. I am definitely considering this community for my loved one.
Our family had several very concerning experiences with Spring Oaks while my mother was a resident, and I feel other families deserve to know about them before making such an important decision. In September 2021, my mother returned to Spring Oaks after a colonoscopy. The nursing staff had her post-operative instructions, yet she was never brought dinner and was left alone in a recliner. Moving my grandpa into Spring Oak was an emotional experience for our family, but the staff made the entire process so much easier. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly, attentive, and reassuring. They took the time to answer our questions, made my grandpa feel comfortable and welcomed, and truly showed that they care about their residents. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Spring Oak At Forked River Assisted Living. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the caring and compassionate staff.
