I have a family member in this facility,I'm very pleased with their care they get.The staff is always friendly and helpful.The activity department is great with keeping residents busy with games,trips, social events,they celebrate every holiday,the food,my family member says is pretty good,the seem to have a good menu that I see when I come in to visit.The residents always welcome me when I visit, which is very nice!They medical team I see trys their best in taking care of my family member,they seem to listen to the doctor's... read more
After a year and a half of talking and planning my dad finally agreed to go into assisted living. We had visited a few in the area and although Spring Oak was not the most bougie it had the feeling of home as soon as I walked in. I have been here almost 7 years the staff attends to your needs quickly all the residents here are very friendly. The menu has many choices that are so delicious the shrimp dishes are my favorite. We have fun activities throughout the week I couldn't say a bad word about this place I've met so many people throughout the years I would definitely recommend spring oak
My father-in-law is a new resident in Spring Oak of Forked River. Let me clarify. While my father-in-law is a new resident, he is actually a return resident having lived in this facility once before. When he decided to return from his out-of-state location Spring Oak had an opening. It couldn’t have worked out any better.
