I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment for a pedicure and arrived about 10 minutes early. I don’t consider arriving early part of my appointment time, so I expected service to begin around 10:00. When another client arrived after me and mentioned she had children at home and only had a short amount of time, the staff discussed it among themselves and chose to start her service before mine, despite my appointment having been scheduled for the same time. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Spend your money on a salon that actually knows what they’re doing and follows the hygiene guidelines!!!! Ive been going there for 3 years I’ve brought my aunt as well as my mom had many of my friends to there aswell, the customer service is terrible ignorant stuck up staff, cheap nail products friend SHEIN. Absolutely fantastic service and Kim the owner in takes care of her customers Prices are reasonable and the staff and very nice to work with ... Kim runs a great little nail shop highly recommend to anyone
I do not recommend this place for waxing. Went for a full leg wax, was left with bruising in multiple areas. I mentioned to the lady several times that she needs to pull the skin tight before ripping off the wax strip. Lots of hair was left behind and wax. I had to go get waxed somewhere else to get all the hair that was missed. The lady who did my pedicure was great though!
