The house next door to me was built by Simonds Homes and they used my block to dump their rubbish on and I had to bring in the heavy artillery ie my son. I kicked up a fight with them on paper and he did the confrontations. It was dangerous harmful building waste and one time the son saw this kid climbing over it and told him he was going to finish up with a lot of cuts and bruises. The woman who built the house was just like Simonds when she sold it she left all her mess for the new owners to take to the dump.
Don't build ur dream home with them, they will ruin ur dreams. Bad experience with my new home.long delay and poor Quality work.
