Received a phone call from the Neurosurgery Clinic at Spring Mills Medical Center, Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute less than 2 hours from my scheduled appointment. The location is about an hour away from me. At the time, I was legitimately getting ready to leave for my appointment. Office Staff informed me that my appointment was going to be canceled because I didn’t get an X-Ray. I informed the staff that was false and they have the X-Ray, I was rudely placed on hold without warning and transferred to the Office Manager.... read more

Great medical clinic. The staff is friendly, courteous and very accommodating. Dr. Sood is an excellent doctor. He is very personable and really listens to his patients. I highly recommended Spring Mills Medical Center.
