excellent medical practice
very disappointed with this practice charging a $44,45 non attendance fee is disgusting had to cancel podiatrist appointment this morning,was rung at 1.30 to say I hadn't rung,told them I had rung and wasn't believed,got off the phone after I was rung this afternoon,checked my bank balance only to see that this fee was pending payment,rang back to ask for money to be refunded,as I had asked for my account not to be accessed,podiatrist rang me this afternoon,after stressing that money was to be refunded,was trying to tell me ... read more
The drs are fantastic but the reception staff Maria is extremely rude. I advised, her the reason why I was unable to attend my appointment a very sensitive reason and she bluntly said that's not a good enough "excuse" I explained it's not an "excuse" simply a explanation as to why I could not attend. I was happy to pay the $50 fee, however, given her poor behaviour I hung up the phone. She should really work on her customer service/people skills.
I have been let down by dr Farah Naz and almost paid for it with my life. Dr Naz was the second GP I went to after my first GP did not listen to me saying that there’s something wrong with my body. I have expressed to Dr Naz as to why I was changing my GP and what my concerns were. Dr Naz ignored my concerns, ordering the same blood tests that my previous GP did. At one point I asked Dr Naz to help me do cancer tests as I felt so bad in my body that I thought I had cancer. All she did is send me for a genetic screening test ... read more
