Used to go here, was seeing a doctor that was helping with my condition, next I get a phone call from receptionist advising me that I will not be seeing my doctor anymore, that I can only see a dr that chose, I said that’s ok then that’s fine, had to wait a month for an appointment first time seeing him he goes YOU ARE NOW SEEING THE DEVIL and laughs DR OLUWAJOLATANKA OGUNS I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PRACTICE
Worst doctors surgery on the central coast. the reception are rude and are happy to let you suffer in sever pain because they misread an tellyconfrence for a inperson appointment.
1. It is still listed as an Overseas Student Health Cover direct billing clinic on the medibank oshc app. For this specific reason I booked an appointment from 42 km away. The receptionist didn't know anything about an oshc and told me to claim it later. 2. Parking is very hard to find, few slots, driveway is a miss the first time you go there and a long detour if you miss it. 3. Got charged ~$87 with card surcharge for standard appointment. BEWARE OF LAUREL - VERY RUDE, ARROGANT AND ENTITLED PRACTICE MANAGER I have been seeing Dr Akra and Dr Lin for sometime now. While I have been very happy with the Doctors and Receptionists Aimee and Marie, my conversation today with Laurel the Practice Manager was extremely disappointing and completely shocking.
