Terrible service,and the hispanic nurse ,she needs to learn good manners and how to work in the front desk, bad attitude.
I now regret ever going to this office ,The staff is rude and condescending , this place reminds me free clinic were they flat out just treat you like trash.

I have called and left messages, my pharmacy has faxed multiple refill requests and over three weeks not one response. The receptionist assured me your still in business but there seems to be no evidence that you are. I will begin seeking a new urologist and professional office operation. This is not the first issue since I have been using your services. Once I was left sitting in your patient room over an hour. I was about to leave then the Dr. walked in.
