My father is a patient there and every time he starts to like or get used to an aide tbhey fired. This is traumatic to these elderly people. I get afraid they will subject my father to someone horrible one day in all the new people coming and going all the time.. How many people are going to be privy to his genital area? He gets very upset that so many people are cleaning him down there, brushing his teeth, giving him showers etc, people who are virtual strangers.
