I recently had my AMG Mercedes in for service for it's service B, 100K miles interval. The employees I spoke with primarily, Nino, Manny and Mariana were all extremely helpful, knowledgable and polite with explaining what was the scope of work for estimated time for completion, services being completed and pickup timing. This all made me feel valued as a customer and really upholds the high rating that spring masters has in the area. I will be bringing my AMG in for service here from now on.
I recently visited this repair shop for an oil change, using a coupon they sent to my house. However, when I tried to use it, I was told that the coupon could not be applied because it was for new customers only. If that’s the case, why are they still sending these coupons to existing customers? It doesn’t make any sense.
