I’ve had countless massages at multiple locations and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I asked for a 90 minute massage. I’d like to start by saying I thought it was unprofessional that she stepped out several times during my massage to answer the door and even took a personal phone call during my massage. She applied such deep pressure that I was in pain and when I told her she could go lighter, she said “it’s ok” and did not lighten the pressure. I have never been to a massage before in my life. I was not sure what to expect and what they'll would do. After they explained how it work it made since. After my session was over I felt great after my visit. I would definitely recommend them if its your first time getting a massage.
