I’ve dealt with depression for over two years now. I finally reached the point that I needed medication and was referred to Spring Life. Upon visiting my last appointment I was told I would receive a phone call for my next appointment. I never received a phone call. My medication was slowly running out so I called up there to see what was going on and was told my insurance was no longer accepted. No phone call. No email. No communication.
