I was living in a apartment it was nice the sealing in the living room caved in I had to move out my nice spot into a roach ass apartment I’ve been depressed and dissatisfied I’m looking to move back down the road and one of the land ladies was very mean about the situation after this I will never stay in Columbus again
Where do I start Ms. EBONY! Very much professional lady, She's been so informative and sweet during my process! I mean her customer service ethic are through the room. I can't wait to get approved and moves in. Oh and let's not forget Daneil working the late hours. Customer Service was A1. Thus is definitely NOT THE OLD EGALE TRACE! THIS IS A PLACE TO CALL HOME. I stopped by for a visit today 2/19/25. Evony was my tour guide. She was SUPER nice and very informative. The time I spent with her made the place feel like home somewhat. The apartments were ok. Not sure if I'll choose this location or not, yet. But it's good to know they have good people working in their office.
