Listen do not waste your time when I moved in here January I was without HEAT or HOT WATER for a whole week. Put in the work order waited patiently mind you the doors are not properly sealed so it was freezing in the apartment we had to turn th e stove on for a week straight caused my bill to be 279.00. Finally I call up to the front office and ask about the work order she told me the maintenace is busy putting appliances into vacant apartments so my request would have to wait. I'm extremely frustrated with lazy and unresponsive team . You will gonna cry inside this apartment for maintenance even you have regular maintenance . I reported 6 months ago but no action. I were residing here for about 2 years . Choose hell or this place 🤔 .
I was living in a apartment it was nice the sealing in the living room caved in I had to move out my nice spot into a roach ass apartment I’ve been depressed and dissatisfied I’m looking to move back down the road and one of the land ladies was very mean about the situation after this I will never stay in Columbus again
