Therapy department, Virginia the 7-3 CNA was great , sandy 7-3 nurse and everyone else was great
We love Spring Lake, and would recommend it to anyone who has a need for therapy or anything else for that matter!! It is awesome! All the staff are so kind and helpful! The therapists healed my dad in one month what we couldn’t get healed in 2 1/2 years on the outside, the food was excellent, the fun and entertainment was awesome and my dad made some lifelong friends! Thank you to everyone at Spring Lake! We love you!
