I have had nothing but a great experience with the management at Spring Lake Park Apartments. Maintenance has been quick to fix any work orders put in and the managers have always been very respectful. I think if anyone has had a bad experience it was probably before the current team has been working at the apartments.

I have had nothing but a great experience with the management at Spring Lake Park Apartments. Disgusting. No way is this place up to code. Witnessed them covering up black mold. Spray non-pet friendly pesticides on the lawn. Random, unlabeled chemicals left in common areas. Doesn't enforce non smoking laws. And the latest is orange water from the tap. The bathroom ceiling fell in and they didn't fix the mold or the rot, just put a new ceiling up that is also starting to mold. All renters need to be refunded money and charged zero rent until this place is fixed.
Great apartment, even better management!
