Just bought a cabin and wanted to be sure the furnace was ready to go for another Minnesota winter. Contacted Spring Lake Heating based on reviews. Charlie got back to me promptly and set up a time to get over quickly and check and certify that everything was good. Good communication, prompt service and fair pricing. Will be using again in the future.

Best experience I’ve had with any home maintenance provider hands down. They communicated very well and worked with my schedule to fix the issue in a very timely fashion. Alex clearly knew what he was doing. Fixed the problem and made a suggestion for a wifi t stat I didn’t even know existed. He was in and out in 1 hr.
