I’ve called and texted a few times the one time I did get ahold of someone they said they were busy the next week or so which I said was ok and asked to get on the list to have them look at my furnace. Waited a month and contacted them again and have not heard anything after a week. Not impressed
Just bought a cabin and wanted to be sure the furnace was ready to go for another Minnesota winter. Contacted Spring Lake Heating based on reviews. Charlie got back to me promptly and set up a time to get over quickly and check and certify that everything was good. Good communication, prompt service and fair pricing. Will be using again in the future.
They are the best ! Recently installed a new gas boiler in our house.Very professional & knowledgeable, explain everything in detail .Respond quickly whenever contacted in past . So glad to have them in this area. Highly recommend.
