I have been coming to this location for nearly 6 months and have seen 2 providers here. Overall, it is a great place with great providers, however I would avoid Jovan McLeod. I had several sessions with her, but I no longer trusted her after she lied on me causing me to have to pay a large fee. It was the first time I attended an appointment without the lovely receptionist. I showed up 15 minutes early and waited in my car as is instructed on the front of the building. I’ve been talking with Amber for many years now and she has helped me through some of my most difficult times. Her compassion for others and a good listening ear makes it easy to sit back and share things, even when im vulnerable. I wouldn’t speak with just anyone about just anything; but she earned my trust and confidence. I would definitely recommend her and her business to others.
I’ve been a client at SLC for a little over two years with two different providers for both individual and couples counseling. I cannot begin to adequately express how incredible and life changing therapy here has been. I would recommend SLC and specifically Amber K. and Katie D. to anyone!

SLC is by far the best place I’ve received counseling from. Amber has been amazing! She is so kind and really hears what you have to say but also asks you questions to really make you think about certain scenarios. She opens your eyes to things that I would never think of. She has helped me significantly with the loss of my daughter. Her technique is special. She has a true gift that makes you feel comfortable.
