Springlake Assisted Living is a wonderful new home for my mother! I could not have asked for better communication from Katy when I was looking for my mom's new home. She was always available to answer any and all questions, and provided some of the best service I've ever experienced. The concierge, Tommy, has been an absolute Angel! Kathy has been a resident for 8 months, i cone and visit often, mornings, afternoon, and evening. I have never experienced a bad encounter with anyone weather it be staff or neighbors. That alone speaks volumes that the other residents are happy and the staff makes sure of it and the staff has always gone that extra mile for Kathy's needs.
