i am extremely disappointed with my experience at this jewellery store. I found the service to be dishonest, misleading, and disrespectful. Important information was not communicated clearly and when I tried to seek clarification, I was not treated with the level of professionalism or respect that any customer deserves. I’ve visited Spring Jewellery in Coburg a few times now, and what keeps bringing me back is how genuinely helpful and patient the team is. They don’t rush you, they don’t push you, they actually listen to what you’re trying to achieve. I’ve had pieces repaired and adjusted here, and the workmanship has always been clean and precise. Absolutely awful experience. This is by far the worst jeweller I have ever dealt with. He was so rude, the quality was terrible, and the whole experience felt like a waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
