Hard to understand these poor reviews. My wife and l have been very impressed with their repairs, promptness, value and friendly interaction.
Avoid this jewelry store. The staff are rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. They show no respect for their customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone

My experience was very disappointing. The owner was rude and spoke in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner. I also felt that he was not honest or professional in the way he communicated. I would not recommend this place, and I hope they improve their customer service and treat customers with more respect.
