Worst customer service ever! Do yourself a favour and do not come near this shop. The owner is really rude and constantly complaining about customers and making them run away. Asked them to fix a necklace I bought from them that kept falling apart, owner kept complaining about how much he hates doing this and was getting angry and complaining about customers who have the same problem. Best shop for great people and prices, don't need to go anywhere else.
Took my broken chain to be fixed and my watch to have a link removed. I popped down to the chemist and came back and my necklace was good as new and they quickly altered my watch. They were so lovely as well and an extremely fair price :)
I had a lovely experience getting my rings upsized and downsized. The staff are friendly and helpful. The job was comleted perfectly. The rings now fit me and you cant see where the work was done. Pretty sure you wont get a better price. You do have to wait a few weeks as with any busy jeweller. Thank you
