If I could give it 0 stars I would. Everybody in this office were nasty as they could be to customers. Spinning around in their chairs and playing on their phones. No wonder it’s booked out so far. Maybe tell your workers to not say “oh god people are here UGH” extremely loudly to the people who pay their wages walking in. Disgrace to government workers. Also. Tell your other government buildings to update their records. EVERYBODY is being sent to your old office.

I was able to encounter two of the nicest and most helpful female employees today. Basic knowledge is that who among us likes paying taxes?! However we can’t escape it. I feel fortunate I had these two ladies to guide me through the questions I had and filling out forms.

I accidently sent Spring ISD our county tax. They took a photocopy of the check and envelope, deposited the money in their account, moved it to a special deposite fund with a transfer code, gave us the code written at the top of the photocopy andailes us the photocopy. The PNC bank would not release the funds to us even after I went to the bank in person with the code/ photocopy. I went in person to the tax office to get them to release the $$. Well, what can be said, paid our overpriced school taxes. No kids, but still paying!

Why am I still paying school taxes. My children are grown and gone. Someone should look into this and stop this practice of taxing the elderly when we already paid for our children! Can someone from the tax office explain?
