Spring Imaging overcharged me for a MRI, and then refused to reverse the charges. I ve been calling their billing center (which is 50 miles away in Baytown), and the manager is always in a meeting. I m really sick (pun intended) of dealing with this organization and their unprofessionalism. I m at the point (11 months later of trying to negotiate a compromise) where I m just going to pay the overcharge so they don t report it to a creditor.
