Digne was absolutely amazing and so accommodating! She let me try one nail first before committing to the design & color. The whole studio is beautiful, clean & welcoming. Highly recommend it!
Bad customer service. Arrived 5 min late for an appointment and they were very rude. Better service available in the area
I have been here two times now, and This is the worst customer service I have ever received at a nail salon. I asked if they had time to remove my gel polish extensions and leave bare nails (have done this at many other salons with no issue). Not only did my nail tech complain multiple times throughout the service (I offered to leave if she didn’t have time) but then charged me $20. For reference, that is more than the price of an actual manicure and half the price of a gel manicure. I have never been charged more than 10-12... read more
