Usually, I have a solid experience at Spring House and think their rates are pretty reasonable. Today my nail tech painted my toes the wrong color and when I realized at the end, she just shrugged and that was it. Would also ask the staff to remember that plenty of people understand/speak Spanish. Didn’t overhear the kindest things - never fun when you’re paying over $100. I’m unsure if I’ll be back.

I booked a gel pedicure with removal with Digna because of the good reviews she had. When I arrived, I received a notification that my appointment had been changed to a different technician, Paula. I would have appreciated someone letting me know beforehand or while I was there since I specifically booked with Digna. Unfortunately, I wasn’t very impressed with the pedicure, especially around the cuticle area or the way they shaped my big toes.
