Do I need to say anymore read the Reviews others Have written When they get it wrong as usual they blame the patients Leaving this practice ASAP
Used to be a very good surgery until they switched from their own online system to the NHS system which has very limited options. Patients needing to have reviews at specific clinics, i.e. diabetic, blood pressure, received a text with a message to text back, however, the message comes from a No Reply number, so exactly how are patients supposed to text back? The options given for making appointments don't seem to cover the clinic appointments and the online repeat prescription service is now not as efficient as it was befor... read more
Used to be a great doctors surgery. They have now changed the way you book appointments to online only. Which is always full so you can't. It does say call your GP Surgery and when you do they say they can't help is online appointments only. Had blood test required to make appointment . Can't get one ... NOT HAPPY the new system was supposed to improve services but its only made things worse
Hate this surgery. Reception is within listening distance of the waiting room with no privacy. Horrible noise to alert you when to go to your appointment, with your full name plastered on the screen for all to see. Again no privacy. Now a Web form to request an appointment which is nowhere on the site, I've been in circles trying to find it, finally I've just spoken to a receptionist who said she'd send me a link. Appalling conduct extremely unhelpful poor access to appointments at 12 minutes past 8 difficult to even access online form to make an appointment the people on reception today were very unhelpful and didn't seem bothered and lacked in empathy
