Went here last week and had an unpleasant experience which was shocking given the good reviews. The masseuse walked in before I’d finished getting unchanged despite me asking they wait, and my chest was exposed several times during the massage. I asked for relaxation massage and no deep tissue, yet the massage was painful. I told the receptionist it was my first massage and asked what I could expect and I did not feel accommodated. So glad I finally tried out spring house day spa after moving into the area recently. Staff were so very accommodating and welcoming. After being in the Industry for 10 years my expectations are always high. Spring day spa wowed me and I will defiantly be returning and am excited to try all treatments.
My partner and I first time coming here and had an amazing relaxation time together! The staff was lovely and professionally suggested us more suitable care pack that is good for us next time as we chose the general pack. Overall, great experience within 2 hours!
Wow Michelle was incredible. Best massage I have ever had. I have been having migraines and neck pain for 2 weeks , and I actually felt michelle get into my muscles and felt it break the pain if that makes sense. Kind and caring and just excellent. Highly recommend 10/10
