In my downsizing from 30+ years of home ownership…I think I researched at least 30 apartments in the Chester County and Delaware County regions. I visited Spring House 4 times and it always felt like “home”. Grace and Michael in the leasing office are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The entire process from applying to move in day has been super easy. My new home is beautiful. The neighborhood is peaceful and woke up on my first morning to the birds chirping. So far everything is great!
Let’s just say if you’re looking for luxury apartments, this is not the place. Nothing is luxurious about these apartments. However, they are not bad. It’s an apartment, and that’s that. The noise level is the same as in most apartments. I can hear through the walls and upstairs equally. I can tell when my neighbor is washing clothes, peeing, and listening to music. Maintenance crew is so excellent here, and my job was resolved in a professional and timely manner.
The maintenance team here is great! Nick and Earl are very responsive, friendly and go above and beyond for the residents!
