Went on a tour at springhouse at Brandywine I was impressed from the time I walked into the office. I was greeted with smiles and warmness from Mike and Grace who was so extremely patient with me as I had many questions. Spring House is a gem. The whole crew, both maintenance and in the office, are very friendly and obviously hold themselves to a high standard. The property is such a nice community as well. Plenty of friendly neighbors and beautiful grounds. I’ve always felt very comfortable here.
In my role as Senior Account Manager at Nationwide Energy Partners, an energy services company, I work closely with the leasing office staff. The staff is welcoming, specially, Christopher, and simply a joy to work with. In addition, when visiting the community, it is always very well maintained and located in a perfect location.
From prime location to friendly service, there are only great things to say about Spring House!! Maintenance responds within the hour to all service requests and issues are resolved promptly. The grounds are meticulously maintained and it is a welcoming neighborhood. I could not recommend Spring House more to those needing a rental to call home!
I lived here for the past 2 years and only have positive things to say! It was an amazing experience. The staff was fast at responding, the amenities such as the pool and gym were great and well-kept! I will miss living in this perfect community!
