Neighbors are constantly banging around or slamming doors and stomping down the stairs late at night and early in the mornings, even on the weekends. You can hear it in the Ella’s and through floors/ceilings. Half the dogs here are also not trained and will constantly bark. You can hear all of this through the front doors. There are no quiet hours established in the lease. They just go based on west chester noise ordinance hours. Construction/roofing will bring hammering at 7am on a weekend…

I have been living at Spring House at Brandywine for 24 years. I love living here. The development is very pretty. Great amenities. The staff at the office are so nice and helpful and the maintenance team are very good and you do not have to wait long at all for anything you need. I highly recommend Spring House at Brandywine. Also, I want to add that Daryl does a great job power-washing our breezeways and makes sure that our community is clean.
