I had booked a transfer from Newcastle to Sydney for Boxing day, and Donald was right on time to pick me up from my apartment. The trip was a smooth one, and the 3 hours flew by extremely quickly. The vehicle was clean, with bottled water provided. Donald was extremely attentive and we had a great conversation during the trip.
Brilliant process by Spring Hire, the company was extremely professional and courteous. Being handicapped, nothing was too difficult to be helped with. Timely contact each time including how far away pickup time was. I would highly recommend Don and his team.
Easy to book, reliable and the guests being picked up were super impressed with the red carpet treatment and friendliness of the driver. Thankyou for a wonderful "Welcome to Australia" for our first time visitors.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Don's car had a mechanical issue the day before my wedding and he was SO organised to get it in for repair ASAP and sorted to be there for the day! He had organised back up plans and kept me updated throughout. It looked fantastic in the photos and he was a lovely man. You can count on him :)
