It was bad , just bad oh so very very bad !!!
Working at Spring Hill in Morristown was by far one of the most disorganized and unprofessional experiences of my career. What should have been a meaningful and respectful workplace quickly became a chaotic environment driven by poor leadership, unethical behavior, and constant favoritism. The direction of the building is incredibly disrespectful and unclear.
