I am looking forward to moving my mom into Spring Hills when a room is available. My choice was made very easy from the time I took my mom to visit with Laura & staff, to walking the facility and speaking to many residents. Springhills was wonderful to my mother and me. I do highly recommend it if that is where your loved one needs help 24/7!

I've been consistently impressed by the staff at Spring Hills since my first visit several months ago. Now that my dad is a resident, his impressions are the same. Everyone has been warm, kind and helpful. Dad loves the food and personal care. I couldn't be more pleased with our choice of senior community.

I have tried for a week to contact someone at Spring Hills Middletown, Ohio location to get information for my mother. I can’t even talk to a living person there. Plus I can’t leave a message requesting someone to call me back because the Laura, the marketing person’s, voicemail is full. I would never dream of allowing my mother to enter an establishment run so poorly.

The facility is clean and everyone is very friendly! The staff is always willing to help and go the extra mile! Most importantly, my sister is very happy!! Highly recommend! Caroline Poedtke
