Knowing how difficult my parents are, I was worried about setting up home care for them. Bedrock was patient with them and was able to assist then in a pinch!
They have done nothing in 3 weeks for my mom. Time to look else where
They provided aides quickly when no other agency could. Jessie was one in a million. Couldn't do enough for us. They met the days I needed. Only down side is must take 4 hours a day 5 days a week. We probably could have done with fewer hours a day . But Worth the extra time to have competent aides.
I have been working for spring hills (BedRock at home) for two years as a aide and I absolutely like it. The clients are wonderful and the staff I would recommend anyone with love ones here.
